We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% service charge. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to respect the next clients time. Late arrivals may still be responsible for the full service fee.
